    Sorry it took us so long to get back to you. We appreciate your work. As you requested, here are some comments that may help us zero in on what kind of condo we would like to have.

    Our upper price range can be raised to 700,000 or maybe 800,000. Can we get a condo listed at one million dollars for $800,000?

    Maybe the condos further from Toronto i.e. around Humber Bay have larger rooms and baloneys?

    - Floor To Ceiling Windows! *** (3 stars)
    - Huge Balcony! ***** (5 stars) necessary!
    - W/I Closet! ***** (5 stars) necessary!
    - Granite Counters! Designer Bk/Spalsh And Tiles! * ( 1 star, not that important to us)

    - LOUSY Fantastic Views Of Lake And City!
    Building very far from Lake. Also, crane outside window indicates construction that may eventually obstruct view fully.
    We would ideally like to be right at water’s edge If not would accept park between condo and water. May also consider property where zoning
    laws prohibit further building between condo and lake.

    - Each of the two bathrooms must have baths. A bathroom with shower only is not acceptable. Jacuzzi preferred in one bathroom, but not mandatory.

    - Need larger bedrooms. (In Master bedroom need room for armoire, long dresser, tall dresser, side tables, king size bed). Want furniture in additional bathroom as well.

    How large is the balcony?

    Can we buy a second parking space.
    Would the building accept cats.

    Crazy Question:
    What kind of noise and pollution come from the Indy track. How often are races and practices.

    Also:
    We want a building with minimal or no pollution including stormwater pollution, new pipes, in an area with minimal noise, air and water pollution.
